Ms. Michael is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Court Annexed Mediator. She serves the firm as the Managing Partner and has vast experience in Legal Research and Drafting, Corporate and Commercial Law, Human Rights and Constitutional Law and Civil Litigation. Ms. Michael holds a Bachelor of laws degree (LL. B) from The University of Nairobi and a Post- Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.

She also holds a Certificate in Leadership and Management from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and is Certified by the Mediation Training Institute of East Africa as a Professional Mediator. She is currently awaiting admission to the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries (ICPS-K).
